Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of 183degree.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
The site is operated by Codustry (Thailand) Co., Ltd., 75 Moo 13, Bangkru, Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakarn 10130, registration and VAT number 0115563013340.
1. Orders and acceptance
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract forms when we confirm your order and accept payment.
We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock or discontinued, a price or description was published in error, we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, we suspect fraud, or export controls prevent supply.
If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund in full.
2. Pricing and tax
All prices are shown excluding VAT. 7% VAT is added at checkout and shown separately before you pay.
Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one displayed when you order.
We issue full tax invoices. If you need one in a company name, enter the company name and tax ID at checkout.
Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you to confirm or cancel, and refund in full if you have paid.
3. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, using manufacturer specifications. However specifications may change without notice by the manufacturer, images are illustrative and accessories shown are not always included, and where a specification is critical to your application you should confirm with us before ordering.
We are a reseller. Products carry the manufacturer's specification and warranty.
4. Suitability and technical advice
Any technical guidance we give is offered in good faith to help you choose. You remain responsible for determining that a product is suitable for your application, including electrical compatibility, environmental rating, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance in your installation.
We do not accept liability for losses arising from a product being unsuitable for a purpose you did not disclose to us.
5. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, PromptPay, and bank transfer. Card and PromptPay payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and report damage within 7 days.
7. Returns and cancellation
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods. See our Returns & Cancellation Policy — it forms part of these terms.
8. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We facilitate claims.
Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, wiring error, over-voltage, static discharge, unauthorised modification, or use outside stated specification.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production downtime, or data loss.
10. Intellectual property
Site content — text, images, layout, logos — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Manufacturer trademarks (Stereolabs, Inovance, GEYA, JetKVM, NVIDIA and others) belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify the products we sell.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content systematically, or submit false orders.
12. Export and end use
Some products, particularly AI computing hardware and vision systems, may be subject to export controls. By ordering you confirm you will not re-export in breach of applicable controls, and that the goods are not for use in weapons development or any prohibited application.
13. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
Consumers may also complain to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) — hotline 1166, www.ocpb.go.th.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.
