Privacy Notice
Codustry (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates 183degree.com. This notice explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. What we collect
When you place an order
Name, billing and delivery address, email, phone, company name and tax ID (for VAT invoicing), order contents and history.
When you pay
Payment method and transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full card number — card details go directly to our payment processor.
When you use the site
IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, cookie identifiers.
When you contact us
Correspondence and its contents.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with
Only where necessary:
- Payment processors — to take payment
- Delivery carriers — name, address and phone, to deliver your order
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes order data
- Accounting and tax advisers — for statutory record-keeping
- Government authorities — where required by law
Some of these providers operate outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by the PDPA.

- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Object to processing, including direct marketing
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured electronic format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) — www.pdpc.or.th.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device.
Strictly necessary — required for the site to work: shopping cart, checkout, login, security. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics — how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Consent required.
Marketing — measuring and targeting advertising. Consent required.
Non-essential cookies are not set until you consent. You can accept, reject, or change your choice at any time. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent you from buying.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though this may stop parts of the site working.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption throughout, restrict staff access to personal data, and rely on payment processors that meet PCI-DSS. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without parental consent, as required by the PDPA. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
